Reform Elementary School's Library is named for Glenda Pate, who is a resident of Reform and was the school's librarian for 35 years. The facility was dedicated in her honor in April 2007.

The library houses books of every interest and level as well as reference and informational resources.  The library also has 12 computers for student use as well as a Promethean Active Panel Board and wifi connection.

Students check out books weekly.  They are able to use the Accelerated Reader Program, which tests student knowledge of the books read.  A new program, My ON, allows students to read books that are available online that they can read from a computer or personal electronic device.
